2 inputs, 1 output/input setup

Hey! 

So I work on my laptop and phone a lot, there are several times when I am in a phone call and have to attend a small seminar on my laptop. Is there a way to listen to the audio from a phone call and from my laptop on the same headphones (3.5 jack), AND be able to talk with the integrated mic on the headphones to both the phone and laptop? 

 

I've looked into some mixers but I'm not sure which one would be a good fit. I want to be able to receive audio from both sources simultaneously and send audio with the mic to both. I don't want to spend more than $50.

That would be a solution but I don't want apps handling my phone information

Would the Logitech Bluetooth Audio Adapter work? I just found that thing on a video. I'm thinking on streaming my PC and Phone to the receiver and plug my headphones to it. Do you know if it's possible to use 2 bluetooth devices at the same time with that adapter?

I don't think it works that way I have yet to run. I to am adapter that can take 2 sources and output and I put simultaneously to both devices
