So ive had this issue for near 2 weeks now, it hapened out of the blue and through lots of searching I havent been able to find an answer.  Currently when i turn my PC on all fans turn on and the RGB lights for my ram turn on, but nothing comes on the screen and red lights appear interchanging between CPU and DRAM. I have tried using a different power supply to no luck, I have tried every RAM stick in every slot and in every order to no luck, I have cleared the CMOS but that doesnt do it either. I though that my CPU may have overheated and died so i got a new one but it still does not boot. Can anyone offer me any help or should I just build a new PC.

Specks are:

Ryzen 5 1600

Gigabyte GA-AB350-Gaming 3 motherboard

16gb Kingston HyperX RAM

Boot drive is a 250gb SSD with a 1TB hard drive

Graphics card is a Gigabyte 1050 ti
