Shifter programming switch

I am building an H shifter (normal 6 speed) and clutch to go with a steering wheel that i have purchased a while ago. I am going to be making these with a qunqi leonardo r3 board. I am wondering if anybody is able to help me program into the H shifter an on off switch which would change the gears so that when i am in 6th gear i can flip it and it would make 1st gear 7th, 2nd 8th, and so on

Do you have a range box to go with that six speed?
