Which board is better?

Trying to decide between the Asrock B450 Steel Legend and the Asus TUF B450 Pro Gaming. Both boards have 4 dimm slots, 2 M.2 Slots, and a USB-C port on them, but I'm more concerned about power delivery for the two and don't know how to go about comparing said aspects of each board. Thanks
