Asrock H61M-VG4 motherboard w/ 8gb ddr3 ram

I5 3550 W/ stock cooler OC'ed to 3.5 ghz
Amd RX 580 4GB

Seasonic 650 watts eco psu

Is my system bottlenecked?

What should i upgrade so i can run Warzone on normal settings?

upgrade CPU. I dont think you would bottleneck. (maybe, a close maybe) But with an old cpu like that it will struggle in warzone

You could go for a used i7 4790k but you can also think about switching to a new mainboard, cpu and ram.

That's LGA1150 my board is 1155,..

Yes I would say to get a new motherboard cpu and ram IF you have the budget 

other than that he’s the i7 3770k is a decent upgrade
