Black Screen

So I turn on my PC everything turns on fans and lights(including graphics card) but the screen won't show anything. I've done a cmos reset, i've stripped the computer and put it all back together, tried two different monitors with different cables. Not sure what else I can do, the graphics card looks like its running fine and the powersupply also looks like its in okay shape. What could it be? This happened out of nowhere I turned on my pc a few days ago and nothing on the screen.

I have a 

AsRock 990FX Extreme 9 mobo

Amd FX 8350 processor 

Radeon RX 480 8gb graphics card

Corsair CX 850M 850watt
