Seems like a good choice after skimming over a review, if you want to save some cash don't buy an AC router chances are you wont need it.

As for the cables get some Cat5e's you wont see any performance difference, but the price will be lower.

Just buy Cat6 the price difference is next to nothing and the cable quality is higher, not just specifications but strength and durability of the cable.
