CPU throttling when GPU is under load

I use Lenovo ideapad 520s with i5-7200u and Nvidia 940mx. when ever I load anything which is using dedicated nvidia gpu,CPU throttles to 2.48 GHZ .T empreture is not the issue as I have checked it.Need help!

power issue? do you have the original charger?

Power limit throttling. It's not the GPUs fault, the CPU has a 15W power max which means it can't sustain higher clocks than that under heavy load. Nothing you can do about it

Is it possible to increase power budget by using Intel XTU? if Yes how much?

No - increasing the power budget would overload the power delivery circuits and power brick, causing them to fail. Laptops are designed to operate within very tight specifications, messing with them is always a gamble. You can undervolt a bit (I expect you can get -50mV or -0.050V in XTU terms but that's about it. At best, you get +100MHz. At worst, you get instability and crashes
