nvme screw

The screw in a slot with no nvme drive will and cannot be remove. It was factory driven in and locked, stripped even when I tried to remove it (soft as it is).

I been told that electric tape is about all I can resort to. I  don't see any other option at all I have tried about everything.

 

Here is the video of the laptop and second storage space. Tell me how should it be done?

were you trying to take the screw mount out or just the screw that goes in the mount?

I am sure you can replace the base but just the screw.

Standoff in my laptop corroded over time so I just run my M.2 drive without a screw. It's fine as long as the drive remains seated and doesn't touch anything metal.
