PNY?

Is PNY a good gpu brand? I don't hear much about it but I'm trying to get a 1660 super and evga is out of stock and gigabyte is wayyy too over priced for a 1660 super (300 euros in France) but the PNY is "decently priced" and has good reviews,  what do you guys think do you have any experiences with PNY?

I tried a 2060 SUPER from them, the "dual", and... Let's say it was not a good time.
It was not that loud, but it was squeaking a bit, and most of all, the card ran really hot. So I'm not sure about like : Every models of PNY. But I definitly don't recommand their dual model.
