Braswell vulkan drivers

Hi i wanted to ask something, I have a laptop with an n3050 intel celeron processor with intel hd graphics, my question is there is a way to enable vulkan on this processor on windows 10?

I have already tried on elementary os and it works but on windows the drivers does not seem to be compatible.

By the way i just downloaded the lastest windows 10 drivers 15.40.45.5126 from 2020 and now i dont have even intel control panel nor vulkan.

help please. thanks
