Least expensive 1440p120+ HDR display

I'm looking for the least expensive HDR600 or better 1440p monitor that can do 120Hz or faster refresh, and does not have a flickering backlight. I'll not be buying it for a while, (gotta wait for the "stimulus" check) but I do want to get to finding the thing ASAP. Faster response times are better, but anything under 5ms will do.

 

No TN panel recommendations please. (I've had people try that in the past on other sites)
