Lag and low PC usage

Hi,

 

I'm playing ARK: Survival Evolved on my pc and the game is lagging, running at around 30-40 fps. I checked Windows game bar and it showed that I was only using 30-40 percent of everything. 

 

My specs are:

 

RAM: 16 GB

CPU: i7 7700HQ

GPU: GTX 1060 Mobile.

Edit: I don't know if this helps but im running it through Microsoft Store
