[I am completely new to this and English is my second language]

So I build a PC exactly like this tutorial

Mobo: MSI B450 GAMING PLUS MAX
GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 2060 VENTUS 6G OC
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
Ram: T-Force Delta RGB DDR4 16GB (2x8GB)

And put everything together exactly like the video. Here is everything that have happened and every steps i tried to fix it.

First boot (around 3 days ago)

- Solid red CPU light on motherboard -> I realize CPU cable didnt plug in properly so I unplug and fix it. Boot like normal. install window. shut down same day like normal

2 days ago:
- Turn on but no Post. Solid red light on CPU. All fans running like normal but no display
- Googled and update BIOS (MSI.ROM Fat32 everything) -> no display
- Plug in USB with window installer in, unplug CPU -> POST use like normal and shut down like normal same day

1 day ago:
- Turn on but no POST again. Solid CPU VGA BOOT red light. All fans running like normal but no display
- Googled this time and someone said something about CPU fan. so i unplug the CPU Fan power pin -> it POST. shut down last night again.

Today:
- Turn on but no POST again. Solid CPU VGA BOOT red light. All fans running like normal but no display.
- I have tried to reset CMOS, unplug 24 pins cable, GPU cable, CPU cable, CPU fan power, unplug mouse keyboard, motherboard bench test, RAM take out and plug in (slot 2 4 ofc). plug and unplug USB with Window.

- monitor tested with my laptop. still working
- Still no POST after 3 hours of trying. Solid CPU VGA BOOT red light. All fans running like normal but no display.

If anyone have any suggestion pls let me know.

Sounds like you tried a lot of stuff.

You can try to remove the cpu and check the pins to be sure they are all straight then reseat the processor.

Also be sure the memory is in Slots A2 and B2. If so, reseat the memory as well.

Thank for the reply. I have not tried to check the CPU. I will take a look when I m done with school work.

And yes i did make sure it a2 b2. but it still not working.

Ok, if it still acts the same after you inspect and reseat the cpu and memory, warranty the motherboard.

I have checked the CPU no bend.
I dont have extra memory to try on but I did unplug then reseat a2 only. -> no work. both a2 and b2 -> no work

I am flashing BIOS from the oldest to newest version cause it worked on the second day i used this pc.

I would say it's either a motherboard power issue, or a PSU issue.
Have your tried turning off the PSU, pressing the power button (it shouldn't turn on because the PSU is off) to drain power, wait 30 seconds and turning it back on?

It's not a race to the bottom.

Im finally able to boot it up after more than 15 hours of trying.

Apparently, I found a link about someone with same problem with x570 motherboard. He said in order for it to work, you need to flash bios not once but at least three times. I follow and flash 3 times. After the third time, it did not come up immediately but i turn off and on the PSU switch and boot up 1 more time before sleep and it works.

My real concern now is whether it is safe to turn off the computer again or i should have let it run till i have to turn off. Cause this problem cost me so much time to fix and I only be able to do so because of lock down.
