Today i finally got my system back from an RMA. I RMA'ed my mobo, and video card. While it was sent to MSI i purchased a heat sink, and it came with a fan (coolermaster Evo 212). I spent the majority of my day putting it together, and trying to figure out how to install the new heat sink i have. (BTW if anyone has the same heat sink, can you tell me if the heat sink is suppose to move around with a little bit of force?)

When i finished building the computer i then took it to my room, and i powered it on, soon after the it notified new memory, and CPU has been installed. I loaded default values, and it started, and went past the bios screen, and proceeded to the windows loading screen, but could not make it past the windows loading screen, and it restarted; with the restart it would just loop. I took it back out to my desk, and check all the connections, and they were fine, so i thought it was a bios issue from it being a refurb replacement, and they told me they tested it with different hardware, and that made me think the bios was wrong, so i flipped the "Multi bios switch" that was on my board, and it would give me some propmt with either f1, and or f2, but i pressed f1 on accident, and the system turned off, powered on, and the powered off quickly, and this loops over, and over again. I did install a new Heatsink and cpu fan, and also a new side fan for the case, but i doubt the side fan could be causing anything. Can someone help me? please!

Note it does not show the bios screen or anything, just boots, and restarts.

You won`t believe how fast a memory stick can die.

The problem only started when i switched the bios though? So how could it be the problem if i didn't touch it in the time line where it went haywire

Switch it back then.

I did, and now it does the same thing as the other side.

I think may be normal. The cooler was working fine, and the temps were staying at 46 degrees. What does your cpus temp run at?
