[HELP] Automatic Repair loop

So every time I turn on my laptop (Acer nitro 5) it tries an automatic repair and then restarts, and does that in a loop. I want to hard reset my computer to factory settings but even when I do that it says ”There was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made.” 

 

I'd appreciate some suggestions, thank you guys.

Do you have access to another PC and a USB flash disk? Because you could try booting from the USB drive, and repairing windows there. And the USB repair shouldn't have loops.
