3900x FPS/Freeze issues

AMD Ryzen 9 3900X

 

ASUS ROG STRIX X570-F GAMING

32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 3200MHz DDR4

 

Corsair Hydro H100i RGB PLATINUM

 

AMD Ryzen 9 3900X

 

gigabyte geforce gtx 1080 ti gaming oc 11g

 

CORSAIR MP510 1.9TB PCIe NVMe Performance M.2 SSD


 

So every time i login my resolution changes from 1920 x 1080 to 800 x 600 EVERY time after a clean install after i built the PC, my fps dips as low as 60 from 180 on BFV, and when i minimise from the game which is in FULLSCREEN to desktop, my entire setup freezes for 5-10 seconds.

 

Im at a loss please help me :(
