Is the LG 24GL600F worth buying for design work and gaming?

Hey! I've been surfing around amazon looking for the best monitor for under $200 that does great colours and fast-ish response time. From what I can tell, the LG 24GL600F is the best one available. I was wondering if this is a good idea for a primary monitor or should I keep looking around?

TN panels usually have mediocre color accuracy at best. If a primary consideration is color accuracy, go for an 8-bit/10-bit IPS panel instead of a TN.

Any ideas on what I can buy instead? My budget is limited to $200 so not great choice I know.
