Hi All,

My computer turns on but nothing is displayed on the monitor and is a blank screen. This happened when I tried to run the .exe bios update file (UCP R01-B4)
My computer went to restart when I launched this bios update and upon restart no screen was displayed and it is black and still is.
Upon turning on the computer it beeps twice.
I tried to reset CMOS and still no luck.
Could someone perhaps help?
How can I restore the bios using a usb?

I have a Predator Orion P03-600

Have you tried resetting the BIOS?
Power it off completely (switch off PSU) and remove the battery for about 30secs.

Place the battery switch on PSU and power it on again.

yeah, I have tried that and reset the cmos, no luck.

Man why is it so hard finding the beep codes for Acer computers?

I've found one manual that seems to indicate it might mean CMOS damaged. And if that's the case you'll need a new motherboard. If it's under warranty contact acer support.

does acer's warantee cover bios/cmos errors, especially if you tried to update them using their website?

I mean I should think so, unless you did something to break it. Like turn it off in the middle of it.
