Help with buying a 4k monitor

I'm looking to buy a new 4k monitor. My budget is about $350 (I know it's a low budget). I don't care much about speed, since I'm not playing online games that much. What I care about is mostly the colors and visuals. I play mostly single player games at 60 fps or lower. I have a PC and a ps4 pro which I'm buying this monitor to play with those.
Currently I have a 1080p ASUS monitor and I'm satisfied with it (I generally have low expectation). The colors on that monitor are a little off but I got used to it.

I don't care much about HDR. If its there its an added bonus for me. I might use it or I might not. (I kinda doubt if I get a good HDR with this price).
You guys can give me multiple options to look for. I will probably buy it next month so hopefully I get lucky and can buy it on a sale or something.

This is a cheap but nice 4K monitor. Check it out. You can get it on amazon for $240.

No but my friend does and I watched a movie in it and it looked pretty good
