Laptop Glitching, Keys Sometimes Delayed

So i have a Lenovo Legion Laptop that has an i7-7700HQ and i've had it for three years

 

These past couple months it's been thermal throttling like CRAZY and Discord has been buggy as hell and even some youtube videos glitching. (Attached picture below)

 

Was looking up what could be the cause and i actually haven't been using compressed air at all, Never have i cleaned the filters i'm gonna do that on sunday and i was considering a cooling pad but everything is just glitchy and i kinda need this pc to get me until later this year when i get a new one.

 

My D key works fine if im not running anything but if i run a game it starts to have delays and sometimes just wont have input.

 

Any help on how to fix this?
