Budget graphic card for 3d car design programs

Hi, I'm new here and i need a help with finding budget graphic card for 3d car design programs. I heard that Nvidia's are better for this, and i found some of them: GTX 1050 ti, 1060. So are they good for me? Any other budget cards?
