Antec Case Fan Question

I want to get new case fans and potentially an AIO in the near future. I was looking at the Corsair ML120 fans and the new XT AIO. However, it appears the Corsair fans might be out of stock for a minute, so I started to look at other options. As per my signature, I have a B450 motherboard without an ARGB header. I've looked on Antec's website and came across these fans..

When I scroll to the bottom I see that I can plug the ARGB into the controller itself and use the PWM port to connect to the motherboard. So I just wanted to get clarification that I can use these ARGB fans and change their colors using Aura Sync even though my motherboard doesn't support ARGB since everything is connected through the controller, correct? If not, I'll just wait till the Corsair fans are back on the market as I want fans that I have an option to use more than 1 static color. Thanks for the help if you can out there. 

 

P.S- I'm also open to suggestions of other case fans as well. Thanks! Looking for 5 to 6 fans
