Port forwarding a Minecraft server

I set everything up, now I just need to port forward it so my friends can connect. Not all routers have the same settings tho, so idk what to put in it. I have to put my IPv4 somewhere, and for ports put 25565, and select TCP/UDP. This menu got me a bit confused, idk why there's multiple lanes, but i guess just filling one works. I assume I just put 25565 in all of them, but where do I put my IPv4? Am I in the wrong section, this was under Port Triggering?
