Since today I havent been able to download anything on any of my devices. This includes 2 desktops and 2 phones. Whenever you download on a file on chrome for example it will instantly give a "Failed: Network Error". All browsers have this issue. Discord calls work fine. Speeds are all good. I can watch youtube no problem but downloading files doesnt work. Same goes for downloading apps on my phone.

One weird thing however: I just tried downloading a game on steam. And that did work.

I have also already performed a factory reset on my router, to no avail.

Anyone got an idea what could be causing this problem?

Do you have a firewall, anti-virus, malware solution that could be blocking Chrome?

I doubt it. And even if it something was blocking Chrome. Why is this affecting other browsers and all other devices connected to the internet. Including phones.

I missed the part that it is blocking your phone.  If you disconnect your phone from the wifi, can you download then?

Yes, Downloading from data works fine.

So it sounds like something in the router or upstream switch.  I assume you connect directly to the router provided by your ISP - right?

I would contact the ISP support.  Sorry but this is one weird problem that is hard to diagnose.
