Strange problem

Hey all,

I just finished building my first pc. Initially the only problem was that there was no image coming to my monitor but after re-seating my ram and video card I got it to work. All seemed good. I installed Windows, updated drivers, I downloaded Steam, started playing a few games and everything was perfect. Then, today after playing Factorio, I closed Steam and the pc just turned off by itself as I was going back to the desktop. Now, when I turn it on there is no image coming to the monitor AND the little red cpu light is slowing blinking on my motherboard. I have taken everything out and re-seated everything, including the processor. I tried using just one ram stick and then I tried the other. I disconnected the video card to see if that was the issue too. Nothing. So, when turned on, the fans all work, the cpu fan works, but nothing appears on the monitor and obviously I can't access BIOS. 

 

Side note: It doesn't seem like power is getting to my keyboard as it doesn't even light up now (it's a Hyperx Alloy origins)
