AMD GPU Scaling issue

When i turn on gpu scaling on amd adrenalin 2019 (which is required for me to get csgo stretch) it removes most of my resolutions on display settings in windows and in turn csgo.. any way i can maintain gpu scalling without it removing most of my resolutions from the system display options? trying to target a resolution of 1440x1080 stretched to 16:9 aspect ratio, and i also might think it has to do with something with my virtual super resolution not being supported but idk please if you have any insight let me know.

PS. I have an RX 580 8GB, Windows 10 with the latest adrenalin 2019 Drivers (And yes i am aware of adrenalin 2020 but that didnt fix anything and i am having even more issues with it than i have with adrenalin 2019)
