Rx 580 for 70$?????

I am in ukraine and am currently planning to build a pc next week and I have all parts in mind. For the GPU I went for the AMD Radeon RX 580 4gb, but the weird thing is some of these gpus' are on sale on a website called olx which is basically like ebay. Some of the prices range from 65$ to 90$ which is really confusing. The ones with the low prices all claim the gpu is working and in perfect condition and they are willing to provide any screenshots from benchmarks or other stuff and some even allow for local testing of the cards. It is kinda too good to be true for me to find a perfectly fine 580 (with the box) that goes for 65$. What do you guys think should I go for it and take the risk?.

It's kinda true as some of them stated that they were used for mining but the thing is the card looks clean from the pics and some even have warranty. But how can it be worn out if they are willing to provide benchmarks. Maybe they will need some thermal paste.
