I bought ryzen 5 3600, i update bios everything but my rpm on stock cooler is always 2000 if i downloading some game going up to 2450rpm i need to change some settings in bios or ?

what motherboard do you have and do you have any fan controlling software?

now im downloading only game i mean game is only in background some update cpu temp is around 60-65 when im playing games 70, gpu is good 40-50 max

70c is full fan RPM and you may be able to change that 10c higher in bios fan profile configuration.

 

Just for information, the processor high temp alert to the motherboard is 70c and why the fan goes full speed.
