GPU drivers get corrupted by gpu?

I have a 1070 that stopped working correctly after the 445.75 driver update. I rolled back the drivers, used DDU and so far its the same and what i mean by that is, frame drops in TD2 black screen for a long time after boot that 75% of the time needs a hard reset and after that i get like 16 hardware errors 141 in the reliability history. When i drop in a gtx 1060 and install 445.78 everything is fine no more black screens and i cant play TD2 because the card is to weak and no more hardware errors 141. So is the Gpu bricked or what?
