What is the main difference between Information Systems and Computer Science?

I'm just curious about what the main differences between these two branches are. From what I've gathered, Information Systems is more about hardware while Computer Science is more about software?

Kinda blurry line... 

 

I still enter "Computer Programmer and Consultant" when I do my taxes, as I always have since the early 90s.  I get called all kind of names/titles though
