High Capacity Minecraft Network! What Specifications??

I'm working on a High Capacity Minecraft server network. Average 30-70 Players Per Server. Each Server has 20-50 Plugins. Servers Include Skyblock, Factions, Survival, Towny, Creative (some servers allow world edit for players, will be limited) I'm wondering what different hardware would work best, well, ok, bad. I'm also running a Bungeecord server. I want to know if there are 170 players joining it what hardware I will need. any performance modifications you can suggest or plugins will be greatly appreciated. I have a few computers with i7-3700's and 12 GB or ram, 120 GB SSD (PNY shorturl.at/dvMNO). How well would those work? Best Network Speed?
