CRU app problem

So i tried overclocking MSI OPTIX MAG241C 144hz to 165 and it basically went crap and i  encountered a series of problems but in the end i fixed all of them but for some reason nvidia control panel is detecing 1080p 60hz as my native res while obviously the native res is 1080p 144hz. Right now i am on 144 just fine but i just feel like something isnt right. I reset CRU by the way incase someone thinks i didnt and i also DDU'd my gpu but for some reason the native is still on 60hz not 144hz. Any solutions?
