im getting lower fps

Hello i was just wondering if any of you guys would know why my gf pc will always run about 15fps more then mine when we have all most identical systems. Thank you for your time. PS both pc's are not overclocked and ram is running at the listed speed.

the motherboard you have has poor power delivery and is not allowing your power hungry cpu to boost. can you monitor cpu speed, voltage,temps and utilisations during gaming and also do the same for your gf's cpu?

I think if you swap the cpus, you'll both get better performance.
