I am looking to make a new PC build including an AMD Ryzen 9 9300X, ASUS GeForce RTX 2080Ti 11GB RGB but am having trouble finding the best parts. my budget is around £3000 but can go a couple hundred higher if needed.

I'm looking for 32 gb of ram, and 3-5 tb of storage SSD and HardDrive preferably in the NZXT H510 Elite.

This would do nicely. Is the Asus graphics card a must? If so, you could get a cheaper secondary SSD.

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

The only thing I'd do is exchange the board for an Asus X570 TuF - not only is it generally better, it's also got an actually functional BIOS unlike the broken GB mess.

best cpu cooler you can get in that case

1.5gb of ssd and 2tb hdd

rgb fans and rgb psu

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

personally, I only hate the low end board BIOSes, high end Gigabyte has never given me trouble. But, also considering Asus software control of RGB, since OP originally wanted an Asus card:

As good as it gets imo - the OP can go for more SSD storage or an AX 850 power supply (like this one - https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/fcprxr/corsair-ax-850-w-80-titanium-certified-fully-modular-atx-power-supply-cp-9020151-na )if he wants to spend all 3 grand but this is ideal imho
