I've just built my first rig and got it to run but it restarts 7 or 8 times and puts me into safe mode. So I go through the BIOS and make sure that everything is set to factory settings, which then restarts the computer and then repeats that cycle over and over again without any changes no matter what I do. I've tried everything I can think of and looked at multiple forums which gave me no help at all. I have no idea what's wrong and what I can do to solve the problem.
