Remember that the MSRP prices are for reference cards only, the non-reference cards will almost always cost more than MSRP, depending on the card in question.

Do I think prices will drop back down to far more reasonable levels? Yes, either as soon as the crypto mining levels out, or more chips/cards are produced to meet and exceed demand. =]
