Hello everyone

I recently build a new pc as for database work and also office. But i've been facing some graphical problems: both screens seems to flicker from time to time, and sometimes images on web pages are corrupted. Everything is new, the two screens and all the components.

Here is a video showing the problem https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-6GEgVYuuHZKQCkt-DXm4lc1ArCvVQuN/view

Thanks for any help

PC specifications:

MB : B450 aorus elite

Proc : AMD Ryzen 5 2600

SSD : Corsair MP510 GB

Graphic Card :  Asus Radeon RX 560 - AREZ 2G - 2 Go (this GC has no power connectors, it takes its power from the pcie slot)

Hello

well I am using the cables that came with the monitors, one directly connected through hdmi on the cg, and the second one uses a dp/hdmi converter on the cg since the screen doesn't have a dp. Here is the link for the dp/hdmi converter https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B076RFF7Q3/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Don't know, Cause if i am not wrong having corrupted images on web pages can also be cause of the ram. But if it was corrupted ram, is should also have corrupted texts on web pages, isn't it ?

A dumb question : the graphic card doesn't pull its power from the PSU but from the pcie, could it be that it can't handle two screens ?

is the screen with the converter the one with issues or both?

you could have a broken-oa (it is not fully dead) gpu, like iiTrappinq said. Do have have any other gpu?

Just now, Tinny said:

As you can see in the video provided in the link, it is both screens. I might have another gpu to test but i won't be able to do any test before two weeks.

then you might want to get in touch with the seller of the gpu, and tell them you think its the gpu.
