Hello, I am posting on this Topic but I don't really know the source of my problem.

 

So I'll start explaining my problem, I've got a gaming PC and when I am playing games sometimes the screen freezes for a second and an error appears on my Reliability Monitor says "Hardware Error" and once that error appears I can't restart or shutdown my computer without getting a Blue Screen Of Death, everything works fine before and after the error appears its just that "freeze" and of course followed by a BSOD.

 

I'm assuming its Hardware, I just want to know the source of my problem so I can fix it once and for all.

This error is very frequent so something must be really wrong, I can provide any information that can help you determined my issue.

Ps: I'm sorry if this Topic is not the most appropriate one but I couldn't find one that would suit my issue.
