PC work but black screen

llo 2 days ago my PC froze while playing game i stil could see frozen picture in monitor and the keyboard and mouse was stuck too (i can see by the lights) now there is no lights at all but when i connect phone charge cable its work.
i waited few minutes and still PC was frozen so i shutdown the PC from the case button.
now when i turn the PC on there is black screen but all fans and lights work. when i shutdown and turn on the monitor there is message "no input signal".
the monitor is fine i tried in another PC and i tried another monitor, i changed cables and tried all connection GPU or Motherboard HDMI/VGA/DVI.
few more things i tried is to remove GPU and check, remove battery and return, remove almost all wires inside and return.
i tried to play with the RAM but nothing work
what can i do?

i bought the PC 3 months ago and the GPU fan work and i tried the motherboard connections too.

Sorry, I had a crazy week...

I had a GPU die on me some years ago and and It behaved the same way you described so it's pretty cleat to me what happened.
Try the GPU in another computer if you can and you'll be sure.
If you bought it new, your card should still be under warranty so you can return the card to the manufacturer. I don't know Pallit RMA (I avoid that brand like the Covid-19). Not really anything else to do.
