$70 AUD for a 570 is an absolute steal, that's real bang for your buck. I notice that you posted earlier today about a $450 budget build, with an i7 bundle coming in at a little over $200. You can use the remainder of the budget to get a proper PSU, case, and SSD that you can carry over to your next upgrade.

An old i7? Definitely not. The RX 570 is a solid CPU for 1080p 60fps gaming, and I'd consider the 2600K to be suitable for much the same purpose.

is there any other cpus you'd recomend for this the rx 570

None specifically, basically it pairs well with any cheap gaming CPU. Since the price is so low, you shouldn't bother buying a worse GPU, and since your budget is so low, you shouldn't bother buying a better CPU. The 2600K is a good CPU anyway, a little overclock helps it keep up a bit in the titles where it shows its age.
