Yes, you need an update.

You need at least 5.40
If you decide to update your BIOS, follow the steps carefully on this page:
https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/AB350M/index.asp#BIOS

 

You shouldn't simply jump from 4.50 to 5.40!
