Need help with components and compatibility

So I have a cyber power C series which is a cheaper lower end pre built system I’ve had for a couple years and recently acquired a dell xps 8700 which is also an older system. I’m new to the pc building community and was wondering it would be worth while to scrap the Xps 8700 and put the parts into the cyber power. Or if I should sell both and build my own from scratch. If you have any ideas on compatibility from the parts or advice please let me know!

What are you planning on using the PC for? What games are you planning on playing? Check the recommended specs for those games (NOT the minimum) and see how it compares to the ones from those two PCs. Also I tried to search for your Cyberpower C series but was shown multiple specs. Can you post it on here?
