Without more information we can only guess but to me it looks like a bad video card :( Or possibly a unstable overclock if you were overclocking at the time.

What was the computer doing when it blue screened.

Does it boot up at all or it is stuck in the blue screen loop? If you can boot into windows have you updated the video card drivers?

Did you manually overclock the card at all. (factory over clock doesn't count).

Is the checkerboard pattern always on the display or only when it blue screens?

It does it at idle or when I play a game doesnt have a set thing it does when the checkerboard appears.

I can boot to videos and yes I believe I have the newest drivers from amd.

I am running a over clock, rx580 8 GB factory over clock and I have it overclock at core 1500 and memory 2200

Yes the when the checkerboard appears it's always on till the blue screen and then my pc tries to repair it and then it's gone sometime it takes a few times before its gone

Yeah your overclock is what I would suspect, bluescreen and weird graphical checkerboard screens are very common when you have an unstable overclock.

I would remove any manual overclock you have, and put everything back to the factory settings. And see if the problem goes away. If it does go away then your manual overclock was unstable and you need to lower it.
