Brand recommendations

Hello I am looking for recommendations  In terms of brands that offer the best warranties I am aware corsair offers a brilliant warranty service and I am considering their Hydro series coolers. I would like to know what other brands offer a decent warranty service along with brands known to cover damage  to other components should in the rare case it leaks. I have a budget of around £100 $116 I may be able to increase this budget in to coming days.
