HD 598 question

SacredChili

Say if im using skype, I have a blue snowflake and im listening to music or just my friends in general. Will the people im talking to on skype be able to hear the output of my headphones? Since these are open and i've never had an open pair of headphones before, I really cant base how loud these actually are. Im concerned with just how loud they might be and I don't want my friends to be able to hear my music or hear themselves through skype lol. My blue snowflake is about 2 ft away from me i'd say.

Probably not, unless you are blowing your eardrums out.

Play some music, put the headphones around your arm or leg and you get an idea how loud they are.

No they won't hear what you are listening to unless you have the headphones extremely loud. My friend and I have the HD 598 and I can't hear his audio even when we are playing games like bf4.

I did a recorded test for peeps who ask this question Max volume was pretty painful, usually I'd listen at most around 50%.

at the start of the sound test, did you say you were playing music already? If so i couldnt hear anything so that would be good haha!
