what's the price comparison to a 5700? Or just get a dual fan GPU that will cool better in general.

Looks decent but i'd stay away from the Mini card, especially if it's not a sff system. A dual-fan 2060 would have significantly better cooling. Also you really don't need a TX850M - such a high wattage PSU isn't really necessary for your build.

Anyway, looking like a good build but I'd recommend a better graphics card.

Dollar just guide pricing.  Actual pricing is different like $100-150

Any suggestions form GPU ? 

Im just more to editing and gaming .

The Zotac is dual fan, and is perfectly fine.
