AMD Drivers and software

Hello anyone who reads this but I am having trouble with my drivers as it says not avaliable I do not know what to do as I have updated my windows and did display download uninstaller as I am out of Ideas of what I am meant to do now. when I go into battlefield V it says install.

Try using DDU

Then reinstalling from

https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-131

Maybe try installing the specific version in the error
