HDD Not Initialized

BIOS isn't detecting HDD I've tried to changing the Power and data cables the cables are working, I installed another HDD and it works and when I saw disk management it shows (image below). Now Disk1 has windows 10 Pro installed it's working fine, but no sign of the other one, it's size is 500gb i.e. Disk0
