COD Black screens and tearing

Hello!

 

I've been playing Modern Warfare for a few months now with no issues. This morning I played again, no issues. However, this afternoon I logged on to play with some mates and it is unplayable. The screen goes black for a few seconds randomly and when it comes back there is a huge tear. So far I have:

Completely removed and reinstalled the latest driver.

Re-seated my GPU

Discharged my pc

Set the FPS/Refresh lock in game to my monitor refresh rate

 

AND STILL THE PROBLEM PERSITS!

 

I am running a RX580 8gb and a AOC Q3279VWF monitor.

 

Please help. I can't play with my mates any more and I'm getting constant mocking for not using a PS4...

Update: Literally any game now. Minecraft has the same problem.
